How the Hushd Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece Works
The Hushd Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece uses a dual-splint system to gently move your lower jaw forward during sleep. That small shift keeps your airway open - preventing the soft tissue collapse that causes snoring and interrupted breathing.
- Mould - Soften the tray in hot water and bite down for a personalised fit.
- Insert - Place the upper and lower splints in before bed.
- Sleep - The device holds your jaw in an optimal position throughout the night.
- Remove - Take it out in the morning and rinse. Done.
